Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)
In September 2014, new SEND legislation came into place in schools. The Government’s new approach to SEN provision is published in The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years, published in January 2015.
This information forms the school’s local SEND offer of all services available to support disabled children and children with SEN and their families.
The Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) at the Nursery School is the Headteacher, Claire Inman. If you have any concerns about your child’s development or progress, please do not hesitate to have a word with her.
